Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, for the reasons of the product being defective, damaged, or not delivered at all, you may file a request to us for an exchange of the product. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUND POLICY

We offer refunds as exchange only.
That means you will be sent a new product, to exchange the faulty, damaged, or missing product.
All refunds must be postmarked within seven (7) days of the delivery date.
We only refund products have been damaged or faulty before being delivered to you, and products that have not arrived to you due to the shipping companies fault.
We do not refund delivered products that have been stolen by third persons.
We do not refund products for the reason of them not fitting - please choose the size of your product carefully.
We do not refund products for the reason of a change of mind.

REFUND PROCESS

To refund an item, please email customer service at luxpage.team@gmail.com with the following requirements:
1.The title of the email should consist of two elements: the order ID, provided to you via e-mail, and the word "return". Example: "123456 return."
2.you must provide a short description of the issue, along with a photo/video file showcasing the issue.
You will then be sent an Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and receive guidance about the next required steps for a refund.

REFUNDS

After receiving your refund request and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns. If a product you've purchased on our website is faulty, damaged, or hasn't arrived at all, you will get a new product as a refund.
